TRANSPARENCY
What determines the rate
No magic calculator, but no mysteries either. Here are the factors that affect the quote.

Distance
Pontremoli town, Pisa airport, Munich: different kilometers, different prices. Rates are calculated on actual mileage, not generic flat fees.

Time of day
Night rides (22:00–06:00) and public holidays have a 20% surcharge over daytime weekday rates. Official local rates for in-town runs.

Type of service
A single in-town ride is rated differently from an airport round-trip transfer or a long trip with stops. I always work out the best formula for you.

Extras and stops
Bike transport with Thule rack, special transports (unusual loads, sailing dinghies), long waiting times: each with an extra cost stated in the quote, never hidden.

Answers to the most common questions
When do I pay?
At the end of the ride. Cash, card or bank transfer — whichever you prefer. For long trips I may ask for a 30% deposit at booking, which is then deducted from the final total.
Can I book in advance?
Yes, even weeks in advance. For airport transfers and important trips, booking ahead is the best choice: it guarantees availability and a locked-in price.
What if I need to cancel?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the ride. Last-minute cancellations (less than 24h) may carry a small handling fee: I decide case by case, in a human way.
Are prices really without surprises?
Yes. The quote I send you on WhatsApp is the final rate. Any unexpected extras (e.g. unscheduled stops requested by the client) are communicated right away during the ride — never surprises at payment.
